Continuous beep during start up,showing edit boot options...

Every time i turn on my laptop ,it emits a continous beep for about 30 seconds then stop once the bar under "STARTING WINDOWS" is finally full, then it will stay that way unless i press keys, i use fn + f2, then it stops and shows" Edit boot options....
on the last line it states " No execute=optin/no debug"...
 almost tried all available ways stated on the net..fixya but of no good result...microsoft essentials already identified the trojan virus that might caused it and suceessfully deleted it but nothing
happened .
i still experience the beeping during start up.
please help.

Manually editing the Windows registry
